Although most people need Structural Integration work, it requires some commitment in many aspects. Therefore, Structural Integration is not for everyone. To assess if this is a treatment for you, a consult is required before booking Structural Integration sessions.

During this hour:

You will be assessed in standing and in walking.
You will experience the technique. This won’t be a full treatment but a few moves for you to feel.
You can ask any questions you may have.
Review particulars that will improve your experience such as addressing health concerns, what to expect from my practice, booking appointments etc
